Job summary

TREK Development Group is seeking an engaged Community Manager for The Reed (123 units) in Pittsburgh. You will oversee financial, physical, and operational aspects, drive the Hospitality Covenant, and manage the on-site team to maximize occupancy and minimize expenses.

The role requires 5+ years in property management or related fields, with leadership experience and knowledge of affordable housing programs. A strong benefit package and sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; 5+ years progressive experience in Property Management, Hotel, Hospitality or Retail.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience leading on-site staff.
• Experience with tax credit properties and serving low-income residents is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Hospitality Covenant and lead on-site team.
• Optimize occupancy and revenue while controlling operating expenses.
• Oversee property upkeep, safety and preventative maintenance.
• Manage resident relations and community initiatives for co-investment.
• Monitor budgets and cash flow, coordinate with accounting.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, HQS/REAC, and program requirements.
