Qualifications

College degree in a related field.
5+ years progressive career path in Property Management, Hotel, Hospitality or Retail.
3+ years experience in Property Management, Hotel, Hospitality or Retail.
Certification within 6 months of hiring to meet site needs.
Minimum supervision of 2 staff members.
Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and RealPage experience.
Real Estate License preferred or required within first year or as per state law.
Knowledge of Federal Fair Housing laws a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Background checks including child abuse clearances may be required.

Responsibilities

Oversee financial, physical, and operational aspects of the community(s).
Drive occupancy and revenue while managing operating expenses.
Lead and develop on-site staff and manage a team of at least two.
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, HQS/REAC, and program guidelines.
Coordinate upkeep, maintenance, safety, and preventative tasks.
Review budgets and general ledger; report variances and implement corrective plans.
