Job summary

VOA Chesapeake & Carolinas is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator in Raleigh to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Resident Services Center and to coordinate services for residents and the surrounding community.

You will address tenant concerns, build partnerships with local churches and organizations, recruit residents for programs, manage program calendars and budgets, and collaborate with the on-site property manager to support housing stability and enrichment initiatives at

Qualifications

• A high school diploma and at least two years of services and financial sourcing experience.
• Associate’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Address tenant complaints and document remediation as needed.
• Maintain updates and communications to VP and DOO on tenant and dwelling conditions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community stakeholders for service partnerships.
• Provide outreach and recruitment for resident applicants and programs.
• Coordinate workshops, programs, and partnerships to benefit Lewis Place residents.
• Oversee program budgets, attendance records, and special events coordination.
