Job summary

Mercy Housing is seeking an on-site Resident Services position to support program implementation and community engagement across Mercy Housing Properties, The Hub, and Mercy Neighborhood Resources Center.

Responsibilities include data collection, partner collaboration, and guiding residents to available services. Bilingual English/Mandarin is preferred; pay ranges $26.00-$30.00/hour DOE.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in community development or related field.
• Strong verbal, written and listening skills.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work with residents facing mental health, disability, substance abuse, legal, or financial issues.

Responsibilities

• Implement priority programs at Mercy properties, The Hub, and Mercy Neighborhood Resource Center.
• Collect data for program components and record in Mercy Housing database and GMS.
• Understand residents and neighborhood assets to guide them to needed services.
• Maintain knowledge of city-wide resources and a comprehensive community resource list.
