Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in community development, social services, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement priority programs and essential activities as outlined in the Resident Services program model.
• Collect required data for designated program components and record data accurately.
• Develop an understanding of residents and neighborhood assets and needs to guide them toward services.
• Maintain knowledge of city-wide resources available to residents.
