Job summary

Project Access, Inc. seeks a part-time Resident Services Coordinator for Meridian Apartments in Sunnyvale to design and implement programs that improve resident life. You will connect residents with services, coordinate after-school and teen activities, and host group workshops to foster community engagement.

The role requires outreach, autonomy, and strong communication. Experience in social services or housing and MS Office skills are preferred; a valid driver’s license is helpful.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in multi-family housing or related fields such as social services or community outreach.
• Minimum of one year experience in both after-school programs or educational settings for youth.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Publisher, Outlook). Basic with Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Salesforce, Concur.
• Strong time management, administrative, and organizational skills.
• Self-starter, multi-tasker, and strong communicator.

Responsibilities

• Implement core programs and services across four pillars: Economic Stability, Education, Health & Wellness, and Community Building.
• Conduct outreach and survey resident needs.
• Coordinate and oversee an after-school program and teen program.
• Plan, prepare, and facilitate resident-facing workshops and group sessions.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local providers for services and workshops.
• Plan and facilitate community-building events.
• Provide residents with information and referrals to access resources.
• Support food distribution needs and maintain food bank partnerships.
• Publish monthly newsletters and calendars of events.
• Collect and submit program outcomes data focusing on social impact.
