Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator in Vineyard, Utah to deliver exceptional resident experiences. You will coordinate daily resident activities, assist with utilities and package delivery, and help maintain an engaging living environment for tenants.

You will develop communications, manage work orders, and monitor property operations while working closely with property staff to ensure service excellence and safety for all residents.

Qualifications

• Provide effective customer service to tenants and staff using property knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all resident functions and activities, including orienting residents to the property.
• Develop and publish property newsletter with planned events, resident services and advertisements.
• Handle resident issues, including disputes, maintenance repairs and requests.
• Process work orders for the maintenance department and ensure timely completion.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness and report needs for repair.
