Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator in Richmond, CA. You will oversee resident relations, coordinate programs, and work with the Community Manager to maintain a positive living environment across properties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years in housing; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in resident relations and community coordination is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements; ability to perform onsite software functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage resident relations and serve as on-site representative.
• Collaborate with Community Manager to develop property-related services and programs.
• Coordinate monthly newsletters and educational programming for social events.
• Address resident complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in screening, hiring, training, coaching, and developing on-site staff.
• Support staff development and ensure compliance with company policies.
