Job summary

Osprey Management in Shellsburg, IA, is seeking a Mobile Home Community Associate to support the Community Manager with daily operations, resident relations, and sales support. Qualifications

• Preferred mobile home park management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Highly organized and disciplined.
• Self-motivated and proactive; follows directions.
• Strong communication with residents, vendors, employees, supervisors.
• Availability Monday–Friday and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Assist with rent collection, payments, and entries in Rent Manager; prepare bank deposits; reconcile accounts; communicate with residents on balances; file invoices with proper codes.
• Resident Relations & Customer Service: Respond to questions and service requests; enforce community policies; promote a welcoming environment.
• Property Operations Support: Schedule/coordinate maintenance; inspect common areas and vacant homes; assist in marketing efforts and sign maintenance; track home sales information.
