Job summary
Osprey Management seeks a Mobile Home Community Maintenance Technician to maintain homes, common areas, and facilities within our Wisconsin community. You will perform routine upkeep, respond to resident requests, and coordinate with vendors to keep the property safe and functional.
The role offers starting pay at $20 per hour plus a 401(k) plan, medical stipend of $525/month, dental, vision, life, accident & hospital coverage, pet insurance, holiday pay, PTO, and opportunities for career
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of general maintenance experience.
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean background.
- Willing to work in outdoor conditions and emergencies.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on mobile homes, community buildings, and common areas.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general property upkeep.
- Inspect infrastructure, including roads, lighting, and utility connections.
- Conduct seasonal maintenance such as winterizing homes and mowing grounds.
- Respond promptly to resident requests and coordinate with vendors.
