Qualifications

• 2–3 years of general maintenance experience.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Valid driver's license and clean background.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on mobile homes, buildings, and common areas.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general upkeep.
• Inspect community infrastructure including roads, lighting, and utilities.
• Seasonal maintenance like winterizing homes and irrigation upkeep.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and complete repairs.
