Job summary

Crystal View Capital/Osprey Management is seeking a Mobile Home Community Associate to support the Community Manager with daily operations, administrative tasks, resident relations, and sales support.

This part-time role emphasizes resident satisfaction, adherence to policies, and friendly service while following company procedures. Flexible schedule and 25–30 hours per week with opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred in mobile home park management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to follow directions.
• Strong communication with residents, vendors, employees, and supervisors.
• Available Monday–Friday; weekend work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Assist with rent collection, fees, and transactions in Rent Manager; prepare bank deposits and reconcile accounts; communicate with residents about balances; process and file invoices.
• Resident Relations & Customer Service: Respond to resident questions, enforce policies, promote a friendly community.
• Property Operations Support: Schedule maintenance and vendor services; inspect common areas and vacant homes; assist with groundskeeping to maintain curb appeal.
• Sales & Marketing Assistance: Provide tours when manager unavailable; assist marketing by posting listings, updating flyers, and signage; track home sales.
• Compliance & Safety: Follow policies to ensure Fair Housing compliance; report safety concerns to the Community Manager.
