Job summary

Crystal View Capital/Osprey Management is seeking a Mobile Home Community Associate in Shellsburg, IA to support the Community Manager with daily operations, resident relations, and sales support. • Preferred mobile home park management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Highly organized and disciplined.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to follow directions well.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Define and solve problems.
• Ability to effectively communicate with residents, vendors, employees and supervisors.
• Availability to work Monday - Friday and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Assist with rent collection, fee payments, and transaction entries in Rent Manager.
• Resident Relations & Customer Service: Respond to resident questions, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.
• Property Operations Support: Coordinate maintenance and vendor services; inspect common areas and vacant homes.
• Sales & Marketing Assistance: Provide tours to prospective residents; assist in updating listings and signage.
• Compliance & Safety: Follow policies to ensure Fair Housing compliance and report safety concerns.
