Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience managing a mobile home community or similar property.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management software; Rent Manager experience a plus.
• Ability to perform basic math related to daily operations.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a history of meeting goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily transactions related to rent collection, fees, and payments.
• Prepare bank deposits, reconcile resident accounts, and generate financial reports.
• Monitor resident delinquencies and implement collection procedures.
• Process invoices from vendors and contractors with proper coding and reconciliation.
• Enforce lease agreements and oversee eviction procedures as necessary.
• Process resident move-outs and reconcile security deposits.
• Respond to resident concerns and service requests promptly.
• Promote a positive community atmosphere and enforce park rules.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors.
• Develop marketing strategies to meet occupancy goals and facilitate home sales.
