Job summary

MRK Property Management LLC is seeking a Community and Supportive Services Coordinator to develop and implement programs that address social and recreational needs for residents across multiple properties.

The role focuses on building community, coordinating services, and connecting residents with agencies for job readiness, health, budgeting, parenting, and education while working with property teams and non-profit partners.

Qualifications

• College degree and minimum of three years in human service
• Minimum of two years administrative experience in an office setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced customer service and problem solving skills
• Advanced organizational and time management

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of supportive service plans at all properties
• Develop and maintain networks with community agencies
• Create a resource directory for residents and management
• Provide intake and referral services to residents needing assistance
• Refer residents to service providers for job readiness, health, budgeting, parenting, and education
• Prepare reports and liaise with partners and government committees
• Promote on-site educational events and workshops
• Assist resident councils and coordinate volunteer programs
• Support training for residents on tenancy responsibilities
• Other duties as assigned
