Job summary

The John Stewart Company is seeking a Services Coordinator to develop and provide supportive services at the property, guiding the Property Manager on service needs and resident activities. This role focuses on enhancing resident well-being and community engagement within our affordable housing portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating services for diverse populations, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and partners to deliver

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in supportive services.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience planning activities and locating outside support services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison with outside social and health agencies.
• Plan and conduct after-school programs for resident youth.
• Establish and work with residents' group to facilitate positive community relations.
• Advise Property Manager on service and recreation needs of residential community.
• Provide assistance with office duties as needed.
• Evaluate service programming as necessary.
