The role requires a college degree and several years of human services/administrative experience, plus strong communication, organization, and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• College degree required; 3+ years in human services.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel up to 25% with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of supportive service plans at all properties.
• Develop and maintain networks with community-based service providers.
• Prepare reports and liaise with partners and oversight committees.
• Provide intake, referrals, and case management support to residents.
• Organize on-site educational events and resident training.
