Job summary

Island Palm Communities is seeking a Resident Services Specialist at Schofield Barracks, HI to support military families with move-ins/outs, inquiries, and community standards. You will help coordinate events, maintain curb appeal, and assist the property management team in delivering exceptional resident care.

Join our team to provide friendly, responsive customer service, assist with leasing activities, and support the resident journey through CRM tasks and neighborhood programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of related work experience.
• Property management experience preferred and YARDI experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Assist with move-ins and move-outs for residents.
• Answer inquiries and resolve resident complaints with courtesy.
• Maintain curb appeal and cleanliness of office, amenities, and common areas.
• Coordinate community events and resident programs.
• Lease documentation understanding and potential signing assistance.
• Provide administrative support at the community center.
• Develop resident relations and CRM task completion.
