Job summary

Island Palm Communities LLC is seeking a Laborer for Schofield Barracks, HI. This full‑time role performs maintenance, cleaning and general labor across resident homes, community centers and common areas. You will support maintenance teams and assist with material delivery and setup for projects.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, can read, write and speak English, and holds a valid driver’s license. We offer competitive pay, benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Current vehicle license in good standing.
• Understand, read, write and speak English to follow basic instructions and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tools, equipment and parts through property when required.
• Assist with community event setup and tear down.
• Debris removal and pressure washing of occupied and vacant homes.
• Load and unload trucks and move supplies and materials to proper location.
• Transport equipment, furnishings and appliances to job sites.
• Operate power tools and assist with maintenance tasks.
• Update work order status and complete paperwork accurately.
