Job summary

Island Palm Communities is hiring a Resident Services Specialist to coordinate resident requests, manage move-ins/outs, and maintain community standards. You will support leasing activities, conduct tours, and foster strong resident relations in a busy, customer-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years in property management, and familiarity with YARDI or similar software. A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1-3 years of related work experience.
• Property management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with YARDI or similar software preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct move-out assessments and determine charges for damages.
• Administer move-in paperwork and home inspections.
• Answer resident questions and resolve complaints with prompt, courteous service.
• Monitor curb appeal and maintain cleanliness of office, amenities, models, and common areas.
• Assist in inspecting vacant homes and preparing them for rent-ready status.
• Organize and execute company-sponsored resident events and programs.
• Provide administrative support at the community center.
• Develop and maintain resident relations and CRM requirements for the Resident Journey program.
• Conduct neighborhood tours and show homes to qualified prospects; may sign leases.
• Mentor, assist with event planning, and support GOQ coordination as needed.
