Job summary

Advocates is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to implement residential services and coordinate clinical and administrative functions within a compassionate, person-centered setting.

You will participate in treatment planning, monitor progress, and supervise staff to ensure safe, supportive environments for individuals served. The role emphasizes teamwork, diversity, and ongoing documentation of care.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field and 1 year experience; or H.S. Diploma/GED and 2 years related experience.
• Strongly prefer understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations
• Ability to read English and communicate effectively in the program's primary language
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and as well as work independently

Responsibilities

• Participate in development of treatment plans and attend weekly staff meetings.
• Document progress towards treatment plans.
• Provide linkage with other program staff and other service providers.
• Monitor and document medication administration.
• Ensure a clean, safe and home-like living environment for persons served.
