Advocates is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to supervise residents and Direct Care Staff, coordinate schedules, and support daily house operations under the Program Manager. The role includes medication assistance, skill-building, and documentation to meet funder requirements.
Second shift (3pm-11pm) on Tuesday through Saturday, with a starting rate of $20.25/hour. Strong communication, organization, and cultural competency preferred. Advocate for residents’ independence and well-being.

The Assistant Program Manager is responsible for the supervision of residents and Direct Care Staff. This role is responsible for assisting with the schedules, appointments and activities of the program participants as well as the daily operations of the house under the supervision of the Program Manager. The Assistant Program Manager will participate in the daily care of the residents and coordinate with Direct Care Staff as it pertains to resident documentation and paperwork.
