Job summary

Advocates is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to supervise residents and Direct Care Staff under the Program Manager. The role includes assisting with scheduling, appointments, and activities for participants and daily house operations.

Responsibilities involve coordinating with staff on resident documentation, ensuring compliance with funder requirements, and supporting safety procedures. A high school diploma or GED and related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or one year of related experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, plan and complete tasks independently.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle for transporting clients.
• Preference for experience serving culturally diverse populations.
