• Valid NM driver's license with reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new residents and build trusting, professional relationships to empower personal goals.
• Identify a network of local service providers for healthcare, education, and financial stability.
• Organize recreational activities, computer classes, support groups, and youth programs where applicable.
• Partner with Property Management to intervene early to prevent evictions.
• Foster resident leadership and organize resident-led, culturally sensitive meetings.
• Track program outcomes and use data to improve services.
