The role includes entering leads, coordinating with underwriting, preparing notices, and assisting with resident events. Strong communication, organizational skills, and a valid driver's license are required.

• Greets guests and provides information about the community.
• Answers phones, types, copies, files, and handles routine admin tasks.

• Manages resident inquiries and coordinates with the team on approvals.
• Enters leads into NetSuite and tracks status with the manager.
• Prepares lease documents and coordinates resident relations events.
