The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) is seeking a Community Associate for the Resident Relocations Services Department. This role supports the relocation of NYCHA residents at developments undergoing modernization or urgent repairs, including health and safety related works.

Under supervision, you will conduct intake surveys and moving assessments, and assist with coordinating meetings and relocation activities.

Formación

• High school graduation or equivalent with 3 years of related community work experience.
• Education or experience equivalent to the above criteria.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as liaison between NYCHA and residents.
• Assist residents with forms and intake procedures.
• Coordinate relocation-related activities and meetings.
• Provide information and interpret services as needed.
• Perform general administrative duties and data entry.
