GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a Resident Relations Specialist in Beachwood, OH. This entry-level role centers on building positive resident relationships, handling inquiries, and supporting leasing activities within a multifamily community.

You will work closely with the Community Manager to maintain occupancy, address concerns, and deliver excellent service while contributing to resident events and overall community satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager to meet occupancy, rent, and revenue goals.
• Maintain positive resident relations and assist with concerns.
• Prepare accurate reports and keep software entries up to date.
• Collect, post, and track all payments; follow up on delinquencies and issue notices.
• Lease and renew apartments using approved pricing and professional leasing practices.
• Develop and promote monthly resident events within budget.
• Respond to resident issues quickly and independently.
• Refer residents to community resources for financial, legal, or personal assistance.
• Ensure all signage is current and compliant.
