Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the property.

You will handle file management, resident requests, move-ins/outs, renewals, and data entry in the property management system, while maintaining a professional appearance and strong communication with residents and partners.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in the property management industry.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to remain professional and courteous in a fast-paced environment.
• Organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Respond to resident requests using proper customer service and sales techniques.
• Collect all monies due and oversee evictions, skips, and move-outs by walking units.
• Coordinate with outside legal counsel during eviction processes.
• Enter data into property management software and finalize move in/out files.
