Job summary

You will hire and supervise staff, set marketing strategies, conduct market research for competitive rents, and ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations. Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in property management preferred.
• Experience in multifamily property management and leasing operations.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate maintenance and leasing teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Hire, train, and supervise leasing consultants, maintenance technicians, and administrative staff.
• Oversee lease renewals and negotiate terms to maximize retention.
• Maintain financial records, budgets, and analyze financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
