Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking a Resident Relations Manager for Springs at Daniels Parkway in Fort Myers, FL. You will oversee operations, resident satisfaction, leasing activity, and financial reporting while reporting to the community manager.

This full-time role requires a minimum of 2 years in apartment leasing, a flexible schedule including weekends, and the ability to tour the community for extended periods. On-site living discounts and performance incentives are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment leasing experience and strong resident relations background.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays to provide great service.
• Comfortable touring the community and performing daily site tasks for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional resident experience with tour-ready units and a maintained model.
• Drive leasing from first contact to move-in with tours, follow-ups, and marketing initiatives.
• Manage rent collection, renewals, and occupancy tracking, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and regulations.
• Build relationships with residents and address their needs to encourage renewals and satisfaction.
