You will drive leasing from inquiry to move-in, coordinate tours, manage renewals and occupancy, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and regulations. A flexible schedule including weekends and evenings is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment leasing experience with strong resident relations.
• Experience with rent collection, payment processing, and account management.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive leasing from first contact to move-in and coordinate seamless move-ins.
• Respond to inquiries, conduct tours, follow up with prospects.
• Manage move-in/move-out inspections and lease renewals; ensure regulatory compliance.
