Job summary

Continental is seeking an onsite operations and management professional in Fort Myers, FL to join our community team. The role emphasizes leasing from first contact to move-in, conducting tours, and coordinating seamless move-ins while maintaining a premier resident experience.

Day-to-day duties include follow-ups, move-in/out inspections, lease renewals, and occupancy tracking. The position offers incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment leasing experience.
• Able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Comfortable balancing desk work with walking tours and up to 8 hours on site.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, Tax Compliance and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lease from first contact to move-in and coordinate seamless move-ins.
• Conduct tours and respond to inquiries; follow up with prospects.
• Manage move-in/move-out inspections and lease renewals; track occupancy and evictions as needed.
• Oversee rent collection, payment processing and delinquency management while maintaining resident relations.
