Continental Careers is seeking a Front Desk/Leasing Associate for our Springs at Daniels Parkway community in Fort Myers, FL. This full-time, onsite role pays $22.00–$26.00 per hour and offers incentives based on performance.

You’ll drive leasing from inquiry to move-in, conduct tours, and showcase the community to prospective residents. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of apartment leasing experience, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment leasing experience.
• Strong customer-service skills and communication.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Experience balancing desk work with on-site tours.

Responsibilities

• Drive leasing from first contact to move-in and coordinate seamless move-ins.
• Respond to inquiries, conduct tours, and follow up with prospects.
• Maintain tour-ready units and a clean, inviting model and tour path.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and occupancy tracking.
