Continental Properties seeks an Assistant Community Manager for the Springs at Six Mile Cypress in Fort Myers, FL. You will help lead the community's operations, focusing on leasing activity, resident satisfaction, and financial reporting.

Formación

• 2+ years of apartment leasing experience and resident relations experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Comfortable balancing desk work with touring the community and performing inspections.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an exceptional resident experience with courteous, professional interactions and tour-ready units.
• Drive leasing from inquiry to move-in using marketing, events, and technology to meet occupancy goals.
• Manage rent collection, payments, and monthly financials while ensuring compliance with laws and policies.
• Oversee lease renewals, move-ins/outs, and occupancy tracking to optimize performance and compliance.
