Continental Properties is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager for the Springs at Coral Shores in Cape Coral, FL. You will support daily operations, leasing activity, resident satisfaction, and financial reporting while reporting to the Community Manager.

This full-time role offers $22.00–$26.00 per hour plus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package. You’ll help drive occupancy, deliver top-notch service, and contribute to a vibrant community culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment leasing experience with resident relations and property financials.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Comfortable balancing desk work with on-site activity such as touring and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional resident experience with courteous, professional interactions and maintain a clean, inviting model and tour path.
• Drive leasing success from inquiry to move-in using creative marketing and events to achieve occupancy goals.
• Manage prospect and resident follow-ups, conduct move-in/move-out inspections, and oversee lease renewals and occupancy tracking, compliant with regulations.
• Oversee rent collection, financials, and delinquency management while building strong resident relationships.
