Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of apartment leasing experience.
• Comfortable with scheduling including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Able to conduct tours, rent collections, and manage leases and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Tour and show units to prospective residents and follow up.
• Process move-ins/move-outs and manage lease renewals.
• Coordinate move-ins and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and related regulations.
• Maintain property appearance and assist in marketing efforts.
