Job summary

Sage Ventures is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to provide full support to the property manager, supervising leasing staff and ensuring top-tier tenant relations. You will coordinate retention efforts, manage rent collections, renewals, and move-ins/outs, while delivering exceptional resident service across our Baltimore/Washington area properties.

The role requires strong organizational skills, reliable multi-tasking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with YARDI or similar

Qualifications

• At least one year of property management industry experience
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Background check and drug test required

Responsibilities

• Provide full support to the property manager and oversee leasing staff
• Coordinate tenant retention activities and handle collections and rent payments
• Oversee lease renewals, move-in/move-out processes, and reporting
• Deliver excellent customer service and communication with residents
• Serve as backup for team members as needed
