The ideal candidate has at least one year in property management, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and PM software like YARDI.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in property management.
• At least 2 years in customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; YARDI or similar PM software preferred.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Provide full support to the property manager and leasing staff.
• Handle tenant relations, retention activities and rent collections.
• Oversee leasing and move-in process, renewals, and move-outs.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting and administrative tasks.
