Progress Residential in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Resident Accounts Specialist to serve as the primary liaison for resident accounts, handling customer service, and coordinating between central support and market offices. You will manage case tasks in Salesforce and Yardi, perform property visits, and provide general support to ensure smooth office operations.

The role emphasizes exceptional service, accuracy in billing, and collaboration with central teams to reduce delinquency and support rent

Qualifications

• High School graduate required; college degree is a plus.
• 3+ years’ property management experience in single or multi-family rentals.
• Real Estate license required; Nevada Property Manager Permit required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional resident-facing customer service.
• Manage Salesforce case tasks and Yardi operations.
• Assist with rent collections and eviction processes as needed.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings when required.
• Monitor resident charges and ensure accurate allocations.
• Support central teams with resident disputes and complaints.
