Job summary

Progress Residential in Las Vegas seeks a Resident Accounts Specialist to serve as the primary contact for resident accounts, coordinating between central support and market office teams to deliver exceptional service with Salesforce and Yardi.

You will process payments, review charges, support rent collections, evictions, and court appearances as needed, conduct property visits, and help residents with Rent Café, insurance and utilities while upholding confidentiality and a resident-first

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; college degree a plus.
• 3+ years’ property management experience in single-family or multi-family rental markets.
• Real Estate license required; Nevada license and PM permit required.
• Valid driver's license; ability to attend court hearings as needed.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager and Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high levels of customer service in resident interactions via phone, email, and in person.
• Act as market interface handling daily resident communications and coordinating with central teams.
• Manage Salesforce case tasks to ensure timely resolution and renter satisfaction.
• Address and resolve minor resident concerns or disputes; support rent collections and delinquency reduction.
• Prepare for and appear in court on behalf of the company; manage eviction processes and asset repossessions.
• Oversee move-in/out operations in Yardi and verify charges related to service requests.
