Job summary

Placemakr is seeking a Housing Coordinator in the Washington, DC area to own the Resident Ready process and ensure every residence is prepared for occupancy. You will coordinate move-ins, inspections, and readiness activities with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk teams, maintaining visibility and eliminating barriers to a smooth resident experience.

You will report to the Housing Program Manager and support multiple communities, traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Two or more years in hospitality, property management, or fast-paced operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the Resident Ready process across assigned communities and ensure occupancy readiness.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs, inspections, and readiness activities with multiple teams.
• Maintain visibility into readiness status and proactively remove barriers to occupancy.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Front Desk, and leadership to stay aligned.
