Job summary

Real Property Management Pros is seeking an Assistant Property Readiness Coordinator in Northern Virginia. You will oversee move-ins/move-outs, coordinate Make-Ready projects, and ensure properties are prepped and documented for new Residents.

This role combines field work with hybrid office tasks and customer-facing duties. The position emphasizes excellent Resident experiences, collaboration with Leasing Agents, and precise record-keeping across our software systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred (recent grads encouraged to apply).
• Experience in a customer-facing or project coordination role is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site visits.
• Ability to pass background checks in accordance with local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Move-Ins & Move-Outs and ensure smooth handoffs to Residents.
• Coordinate Make-Ready projects, repairs, and cleaning between turnovers.
• Document property conditions and maintain detailed records in software systems.
• Serve as a primary contact for Residents and Investors during transitions.
