Job summary

CHIP is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to plan and implement programs for residents at Cypress Family Apartments and Paradise Community Village in Paradise, CA. You will assess resident needs, design activities, recruit volunteers, and connect residents with community resources, traveling to Chico and other properties as needed.

The role requires evenings and weekends, a valid California driver’s license, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College-level work in a relevant field is preferred.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and CA driver’s license; provide proof of insurance as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement resident activities and programs.
• Assess resident needs and design well-rounded activity plans.
• Recruit and supervise resident volunteers; connect residents with community resources.
• Maintain partnerships with community providers and CHIP departments.
• Travel to Chico office and various properties; mileage reimbursed per policy.
• Occasional evenings and weekends; not eligible for remote work.
