Project Access, Inc. is hiring a Resident Services Coordinator to design and implement programs that enhance community life for residents at Vintage Crossings Apartments in Anaheim, CA. You will connect residents with services and lead after-school and teen programs.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in multi-family housing or social services, strong organization, bilingual skills preferred, and proficiency with MS Office. You will collaborate with partners, manage volunteers, and track outcomes.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in multi-family housing or related fields or a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Farsi preferred.
• Experience in after-school programs or educational settings for youth.
• Strong cultural competency and community awareness.
• Proficient with MS Office; basic with Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Salesforce, Concur.

Responsibilities

• Implement core programs across four pillars: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, Community Building.
• Conduct outreach and survey resident needs; coordinate and oversee after-school and teen programs.
• Plan and facilitate resident workshops and group sessions; partner with local providers.
• Develop community-building events and maintain partnerships with management.
• Manage newsletters, calendars, and data collection for outcomes.
