Job summary

Project Access is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to design and implement programs that enhance community life for residents across four pillars: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building. You will work autonomously to drive long-term outcomes and engage residents through targeted initiatives.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, experience with housing or social services, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish; able to communicate with diverse residents.
• Experience in multi-family housing or related social services fields.
• Experience coordinating programs, outreach, or youth/education initiatives.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic design/CRM tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement programs across four pillars: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, Community Building.
• Conduct outreach and survey resident needs with similar pillars.
• Coordinate an after-school and teen program with homework help and enrichment.
• Plan and deliver resident workshops and group sessions; partner with external providers when available.
• Develop partnerships with local service providers to deliver workshops.
• Organize community-building events to foster safe relationships.
• Provide residents with information and referrals to access resources.
• Support food distribution, maintaining food bank partnerships.
• Maintain relationships with property management and schedule regular updates.
• Organize monthly outreach including door-to-door, digital, and on-site presence.
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and interns.
• Use a personal vehicle for supplies and donations; mileage reimbursed.
• Publish monthly newsletters and events calendar.
• Collect outcomes data with emphasis on social impact.
• Assist with budgeting for resident programs and contractor use.
