Job summary

Project Access is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to engage residents and coordinate programs aligned with four pillars: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building.

You will build partnerships with local providers, deliver workshops, manage volunteers, and support food distribution while coordinating with property management at Sage Valley Apartments in Salt Lake City. This is a part-time, non-exempt position.

Qualifications

• Experience in community outreach or resident services.
• Ability to engage diverse residents and families.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Proactive, independent work style.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic design tools.

Responsibilities

• Implement programs across four pillars including community building.
• Coordinate after-school and teen activities.
• Plan and deliver resident workshops and seminars.
• Develop partnerships with local providers.
• Organize monthly outreach and volunteer programs.
• Assist with food distribution and logistics.
• Publish monthly newsletters and calendars of events.
• Maintain relationships with property management.
• Track and report program outcomes.
