Job summary

Project Access Inc in Salt Lake City, Utah, invites applications for a Community Program Coordinator at Sage Valley. The role designs and implements programs to engage residents across four pillars: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building.

You will lead outreach, coordinate after-school and teen programs, deliver workshops, build partnerships with local providers, and organize community events while maintaining strong ties with property

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in community outreach, resident services, social services, education, youth programming, multifamily housing, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and conduct proactive outreach in a community-based setting.
• Comfort working with youth, families, older adults, and diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Implement core programs and services across Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building.
• Conduct outreach and survey resident needs.
• Coordinate and oversee an after-school program and teen program.
• Plan and facilitate resident-facing workshops and group sessions.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local providers to deliver services and workshops.
• Plan and facilitate community-building events.
• Provide residents with information and referrals to access resources.
• Support food distribution needs and manage partnerships.
• Maintain relationships with property management and schedule communications.
• Organize monthly outreach: door-to-door, digital/virtual, and in-person.
• Recruit and supervise volunteers and interns.
• Use personal vehicle for program supplies and attend offsite meetings (mileage reimbursed).
• Publish monthly newsletters and calendar of events.
• Collect outcomes data with emphasis on social impact.
