Job summary

Project Access, Inc. is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to design and implement programs that enhance community life for residents in multifamily housing.

You will connect residents with services, plan workshops, and build partnerships with local providers to deliver essential programs. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in housing or social services, or a relevant degree, and demonstrate cultural competency while supporting diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Four years of experience in multi-family housing or related fields or a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
• Minimum of one year experience in adult-centric community programs and serving diverse populations.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Publisher, Outlook); basic with Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Salesforce, Concur.
• Strong time management, administrative, and organizational skills.
• Self-starter, multi-tasker, and strong communicator.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Implement core programs and services across four pillars: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building.
• Conduct outreach and survey resident needs aligned with pillars.
• Plan and facilitate resident workshops and group sessions, delivering topics directly when needed.
• Develop partnerships with local providers to deliver services and workshops.
• Organize monthly outreach including door-to-door and digital efforts.
• Recruit, train, and oversee volunteers and interns.
• Publish newsletters and track program outcomes data with focus on social impact.
