Job summary

Archway Communities is seeking a Services Coordinator to support residents in stability and wellbeing. You will build relationships, connect residents to resources, and facilitate programs across properties in the Denver area.

Responsibilities include site programming, coordinating partnerships, and maintaining documentation in Apricot and ResMan. Strong communication, organization, and trauma-informed approaches are essential to ensure safe, inclusive communities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee site-based programming, including monthly food access programs and site-specific events.
• Prioritize weekly resident retention support opportunities including resource referrals for budgeting, employment, education, benefits, and rental assistance.
• Supervise volunteers, instructors, and program partners onsite as needed.
• Support residents in maintaining housing, accessing benefits resources, and navigating systems while balancing community safety and standards.
• Maintain relationships with local service providers, nonprofits, government agencies, and community organizations.
• Coordinate partner schedules, space usage, and communication for on-site programming.
• Identify new partnership opportunities to expand available resources for residents.
• Uphold administrative deadlines in Apricot, including weekly documentation of Case Notes and services provided; monthly reporting and data entry.
