Job summary

Project Access, Inc. is seeking a Community Program Coordinator for Esprit at Cherry Creek in Glendale, CO. This full-time role coordinates resident services, runs four pillars of programs, and partners with local providers to empower residents of affordable housing communities.

You will manage after-school and teen activities, organize workshops, recruit volunteers, and handle outreach that connects residents to essential services while supporting a safe, inclusive community.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in multi-family housing or related fields such as social services or community outreach.
• Experience in youth or adult-centric programs with diverse populations.
• Ability to build relationships, engage residents, and conduct proactive outreach.
• Must be able to work independently with strong initiative.

Responsibilities

• Implement core programs and services across four pillars: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building.
• Coordinate after-school and teen programs including homework help and enrichment activities.
• Plan and facilitate resident workshops and group sessions; deliver topics when partners are unavailable.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local providers to deliver services.
• Plan community-building events and organize outreach activities (door-to-door, digital, and in-person).
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and interns at the Resource Center.
• Provide information and referrals to access community resources and support food distribution needs.
• Maintain relationships with property management through regular communication.
